Channel activation status

In test mode, all of Xendit’s payment channels are available for testing by default. However, certain payment flows within each payment channel may be restricted due to strict or prohibiting requirements from partners. If you face issues testing out those features, please contact our customer success team.

In live mode, do ensure that your required payment channels have been marked as Activated in your dashboard payment channels page before you deploy to production. If the desired payment channel has not been successfully activated, your API requests or payment link might not work.
